Vintage Rich Rand Custom Hat from Billings, Yellowstone County, Montana - Premium 100X Beaver Felt Western Cowboy Hat - Original Band of High Quality Beads and feathers pheasant? Absolutely gorgeous handmade one of a kind Rand hat. See randhats com Known for decades as one of the true quality western hatmakers, it was status symbol to own a Rand's hat. When hubby hit'the big time', a fancy custom Rand hat was one of the first things he bought and Rich fitted it for him. But he only wore it about 3 times because his ole worn out one remained his favorite (he called it his'go to town' hat but obviously he didn't get into town much -'too far and too many people'). Has been in a hat box on the stand for decades. Lining is perfect, no rips, tears, spots, or wear. Exquisite colorful beads are perfect, no rips, no marks, no stretching, no tears, no missing beads (hubby ordered the best of the best at the time). Comes with the custom solid wood stand.
We are downsizing and someone needs to enjoy and show off this hat! Cleaned and ready to wear.
23 inch circumference (Rich's website says a 23 inch is a 7 1/4 American hat size) with 6 inch crown. Only thing not shown is owner's name on the inside (as all true Rand custom hats have the owner's name inside).
