Here is another excellent 1980s-1990s SilverBelly Resistol, Clint Eastwood Pale Rider Clone! The pictures of the underside are much better representation of the actual hat color. This hat was found along with another hat in that very rare Resistol hat box. Dad steamed and shaped it just to tune it up a bit. It was already pretty close to the shape it is now and now makes this a real eye catcher!

We don't know how many have seen the classic Clint Eastwood movie, Pale Rider but this makes a great clone of that hat he wore! The flat wide brim along with the shape of the crown, see pictures. If this jar was worn it was only worn a handful of time before it was stored away. This is a great 7X Beaver, that's just EXTREMELY soft and thick and so easy to steam and shape. This is one that belonged to my grandson, NOT a dads. This is NOT stiff and hard but is semi-pliable and so easily steamed into any shape. If there was just a way to reach into the screen and touch it? It's a huge hat box with the original insert set too. It's in very good condition with only very minor paper wear. There is no size on the tag but it measures to an exact 7 at 22 inches. We actually measure each hat 3 times to verify the size, tagged or not tagged. Size 7 or 22 inches or 56. Width 13-1/4 inches, at the widest part, not flattened down. Brim width 3.5 inches.

Matching Grosgrain ribbon 1/8 of an inch. Since this is such a wide hat it will require a larger box than we normally use. It must be big enough so the the flat brim will NOT bend. Please read our very excellent feedback.
