Excellent pre-owned condition 20x Resistol Black Gold In original Rancher A1104 crease as retailed by legendary bootmaker ML Leddy of Ft Worth, Texas - including a vintage hard shell hat can also from ML Leddy, also in excellent pre-owned condition. The ML Leddy retail markings are clearly displayed on the sweatband, hat liner, on the front of the hat can.

Note "ML Leddy" embossed leather handle and no rust on latches. Hat can has a mirror inside the lid. Light scuff marks on the mirror.

Banker's hat - which is to say, gently worn. I have this same 20x Black Gold A1104 Rancher edition as my personal lid, which I have reshaped into a magnificent example of a Tom Horn crease - so there's ample crown for whatever your crease of choice. I'm guessing, but I'd say this combo retailed from Leddy's in the late'80s - early'90s. ML Leddy is celebrating 100 years of business this year, perhaps lending this combination some intrinsic antique value.
